OUR CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
FIRST MEETING
Green View Homes Ltd offers an initial consultation at no charge to you, to fully understand your needs and ideas. This meeting concludes with us explaining all the subsequent steps and milestones before the we hand the keys over to the you, the homeowners. Clients are encouraged to do their research and ask questions to ensure the transparency of the processes and practices we follow.
ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN
Home building is a holistic process. Your lifestyle, likes and dislikes, your families’ wish list, your neighbourhood and your budget have to be considered. Our team takes all these factors into account to build you the custom home you desire. We keep you involved during the drafting process and informed of all the options you will have to the construct the home of your dreams.
ESTIMATE & CONTRACT
Depending on factors such as materials and finishes selected, a detailed estimate is provided for evaluation. All the contractual obligations are discussed and thoroughly explained to make sure that the process is transparent and your mind is at ease.
CITY PLAN & APPROVAL
All necessary approvals are obtained from the city. Our background in the home warranty business comes in handy at this stage.
We make sure that all the legal formalities are completed and compliance requirements are meticulously reviewed and met.
AFTER SALES SUPPORT
