Founded in 2002, Green View Homes is proudly family-owned and has built its reputation as one of the top general contractors and custom home builders in the Lower Mainland. Quality and integrity remain at the forefront of our projects and our commitment to this standard is reflected every step of the way. As a boutique firm, we take pride in offering one-on-one consultations, prompt responses to all client queries as well as client-centric decision making.

Our director and co-owner Taj Sandhu began his career in the Home Warranty business, where he started as a building inspector. Taking note of his knowledge of the best practices of construction, he was quickly promoted to the Sales Manager position. Taj built his reputation in the Home Warranty industry and was promoted to the coveted position of Regional Manager. In this role, he was responsible for overlooking all homes under home warranty in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Shortly after, he rose through the ranks again and became the Vice President of Builder Relations—a position from which he resigned to take the reins of Green View Homes.

Taj oversees all operational aspects of projects undertaken by Green View Homes. He ensures that all the projects exceed the quality and certification criteria set by the governing agencies.
